Hi everyone! Greetings from the planet Madison. I hope you enjoy our discussion today because you honestly don't have a choice! You came here to seek my wisdom. Aye yes, the wisdom of fangirl Madison. Madison knows much of fandoms. You have come to the correct place young ones. NO! stop it you. I can feel your judgy eyes. Stop it.
And you! yes you listen to me young one. Heed my words, Do not fall for the pretty cover syndrome. You will be doomed to my fate of the overabundance of books that I will never catch up from.
Oh Ten, you get me. I feel the same way about myself. Anyway on to the story, We start out with a 15 or 16 year old young college freshman. She is pretty much a prodigy and is a genius. Well Claire decided to correct the wrong person on information pertaining to a war. Little did Claire know that the girl she had corrected in front of her friends was one of the elite. Who had a vampire boyfriend. Ah yes. The nitty gritty details. The town that her parents had sent her to college was a vampire town. People in that town were safe if they were students and if they were born there they were under a house of vampires that supposedly protected them from the rogues.
Yeah exactly. Basically they were servants under that house. Anyway Claire gets attacked and pushed down the stairs by said psycho girl and told her that she was going to die that night. So Claire sets out to find another option other than living in the dorms with the psycho girl. She comes across an ad advertising for a roommate at the Glass House. So first off. Claire does not know about said vampires. So in my opinion she is wayyyyyyyyyyy too trusting oh let me go to this house and see if they will take me in as a roommate! Who knows if this is like a creepy serial killer ad or what. Claire's like eh can't be worse.
Anyway she goes there and meets the 3 other roommates, Shane, Michael and Eve. Anyway she ends up moving in and getting attacked several times one being where there was acid poured on her back. Anyway long story short Shane does something courageous and also stupid so she has to get him out of a big issue. So she puts her brains to work and finds out something big. I wont ruin the end of the book for you and some other details I was not expecting but OH MY GOSH THE ENDING THE CLIFFHANGER!!!!!!! I MEAN REALLY????
So I honestly don't know what to do right now but with that freakout over I give you my ratings.
