Soon “Rippermania” takes hold of modern-day London, and the police are left with few leads and no witnesses. Except one. Rory spotted the man police believe to be the prime suspect. But she is the only one who saw him. Even her roommate, who was walking with her at the time, didn't notice the mysterious man. So why can only Rory see him? And more urgently, why has Rory become his next target? In this edge-of-your-seat thriller, full of suspense, humor, and romance, Rory will learn the truth about the secret ghost police of London and discover her own shocking abilities.
Okay, at first I thought this was going to be set in Victorian England. I kept reading then she mentioned a cell phone. That didn't sound right. So I flipped to the back and it is NOT the story about Jack the Ripper. I thought it was about a person that was telling his story from their view point. Nope, I was wrong.
Anyways, back to the book! This book is about Rory Deveaux. She going to London or wherever, it is all the same right? Where was I? LONDON! She was going to London to attend a boarding school called something or another. I can’t remember the name and I don’t have the book. I already returned it and nobody seems to put that information out there. Let’s call it The School of Snooty-McSnooty Pants. I am telling you, I can’t really think right now. Oh look! A cat riding a unicorn!
Oh it has hot boys. Hot British boys.
So, if you like ghosts, boarding schools, hot British guys, British people in general, mysteries, gore, Jack the Ripper, or British people then I think you will like this. I will defiantly be reading the next one when I can get it at the library.
I give this book
4 out of 5 stars
3 out of 5 snoggings for Romance
(Snogging. I am so clever)
5 our of 5 guttings for Violence
Thanks for reading. I know it was a little crazy, but I have to go now. The leprechauns and unicorns are throwing a party and I am in charge of being the life guard at the pool. Really, they shouldn't have one because of the unicorn's horns.
